Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-07-03

LIFT Consulting (“LIFT,” “we,” “us”) operates LIFT Factor (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — your name, email, employer, role, and authentication identifiers.
  • Customer content — the plans, assessments, recordings, files, messages, and other data you or your organization submit through the Service.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, performance metrics, IP address, browser, and device information.
  • Billing data — company name, billing contact, and (via our payment processor) payment method details. LIFT does not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To generate AI-authored plans, coaching responses, and summaries on your behalf, using large-language-model providers under contractual data-protection terms.
  • To bill for the Service and communicate about your account.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models for other customers.

3. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, AI-model inference, video, error monitoring). These providers are contractually required to protect the information and use it only to perform services for LIFT.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in connection with a corporate transaction (with notice to affected customers where practicable).

4. Retention

We retain Customer Content for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow account recovery and to meet legal obligations. On request we will delete Customer Content associated with your organization within a commercially reasonable period.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected customers of confirmed breaches without undue delay.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. You can exercise these rights, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing matthewpletzer@gmail.com. If you are an employee whose employer administers your LIFT Factor account, please direct requests to your employer in the first instance.

7. International transfers

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the US, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the US.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

9. Contact

Questions may be sent to matthewpletzer@gmail.com.
